Brandywine Valley Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (BVOMS) was founded by Robert D. Whitley, D.M.D. , in 1986. The current office location in Gap, PA was added in 1988. He is partnered here by Allen Fred Fielding, D.M.D, M.D.
